How to Participate

The Auctions are open to all players for participation. However, please consider your skillset and be prepared to dedicate enough time to fulfill your duties. Ensure that you allocate sufficient time to perform your responsibilities effectively.To sign up for the auction, we encourage you to fill out our sign-up form in advance of the event. We also accept sign-ups on the night of the event. Please keep in mind that the number of spots available in the auction is limited by the duration of the event and the capacity of the venue.You are open to offer any service you wish on auction. Below is a list of example services:✓ Art (GPose, Sketch, Full Illustration, Posters, Etc.)
✓ Writing Commission
✓ Housing Design
✓ Deep Dungeon Mentor
✓ Singing Services (Venue Singer, Etc.)
✓ Dark Arts Vendor
✓ Role-playing (ERP, Companion, Etc.)
✓ Venue Renting

Bidding & Payment

Please note that all bids are final. If you are unable to fulfill your placed bid, you will be excluded from participating in future auctions.Payments will be split 80%/20% between the player and the auction house, and will be distributed upon successful bid.Bids should be placed via /shout, and payment should be provided to the designated staff member once an auction is won.Auctions will commence at 100,000 gil with a minimum increment of 100,000 gil.

Promoting Yourself

Before participating or while waiting for your turn, consider your strengths, skills, and the services you are willing to offer, along with their duration and any restrictions (e.g. no ERP).Prepare a statement for when it is your turn to be auctioned, which you can share via /yell.Add some personality and flair to your presentation! Engaging people can lead to better outcomes for both parties, as it helps describe your style to the purchaser and potentially results in a better price for you.Feel free to /yell, emote, and glamour swap in order to express yourself during your auction.

Code of Conduct

All players must act in good faith and fulfill their obligations to the best of their abilities.The specific details of the services should be discussed and worked out between the seller and purchaser.If payment for bids is not provided or agreed-upon services are not rendered, the party responsible will be banned from all future events. We strongly recommend that both parties cooperate to the best of their abilities, as it is in their own best interest.Harassment of Staff, Players, or Purchasers will not be tolerated.
